Annual General Meeting

Annual General Meeting held in the C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED’ offices. Financial Statements, the corresponding Independent Auditors’ Reports, and the Directors’ Report for the year ended 31 December 2021 are considered and approved. The Board of Directors was re-elected, and the Directors’ remuneration was reconsidered. EY Cyprus Limited kept as the independent auditor for the year to end 31 December 2022.
